Roles & Responsibilities:

JD of Organizational Development Profile:

- Leading the Organizational Development management activities within a structured process framework.

- IDP Management

- PMS

- Designing the strategic approach to managing & supporting operations that fall within the domain.
- Evaluating the change impact and organizational readiness to limit potential risk.
- Supporting training and communication as part of change management. Activities may include designing or delivering specialized training resources to appropriate user base.
- Evaluating resistance in adopting the change at the user, process, and technology level.
- Managing the change portfolio, which allows the organization to prepare for and successfully adopt the change.
- Authorize minor change requests and coordinate with the Change Advisory Board for changes presenting higher risk.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess the decisions and performance related to the change request.

Roles & Responsibilities:

JD:

- Around 10-12 yearsaAEURA(TM) experience, out of which some experience should be in modern trade and some in retail sales, channel sales.

A Person should have worked for any consumer durables or electronics company with good systems and processes.

Business Results

a,A Achieving targets of revenue and quantity for each product category and models, keeping in view the business share of various retail chains in the specific zone/region.

Sell out Management

a,A Ensure sell out tracking of offline stores.

a,A Store Optimization (Sell In / Sell out /Inventory management)

a,A Plan, calendarize and organize FOC activities such as Roadshows, Demos, Display, etc. for sales support.

a,A Optimization of Manned outlets (Track sales / ensure inventory / initiate training etc)

Market Intelligence & Feedback

a,A Assist tracking of Market situation and competitor activities.

a,A Facilitation of resolution of issues relating to distribution aAEURA" marketing support, service-related issues, pricing and logistics.

Sales Team Management

a,A Managing, motivating, tasking, and reviewing the sales team.

a,A Implement coverage strategies and sales plan through the sales team

a,A Ensure effective communication and implementation of company direction and marketing policies to the sales team.
