Job Description

We are looking for Manager - Civil Engineering for one of leading Automotive Group with experience of Manufacturing Industry handling Plant Civil Infra in Automotive Company at Chakan, Pune Location.

Position: Manager - Civil Engineering

Location: Chakan, Pune

Qualification: Diploma/ B.E / B.Tech

Experience: 8+ Years

Role & Responsibility:

Understanding the user requirements or manufacturing process requirements

Preparation of basic layouts in CAD / sketches

Preparation of budgetary estimates, BOQs, benchmarking etc

Preparation of approval notes, justification

Monitoring budgets & preparation of MIS

Preparation of commitments & cashflow statements

Preparation of PRs, PO in SAP & draftting of standard terms & conditions for contracts

Ensuring correction of documents like daily work permits, JSA

Construction supervision & expediting activities

Ensuring construction safety during execcution

Ensuring quality checks & quality on site during execution

On site measurement checking & certification

Ensuring Correctness of bills & supporting documents submitted by vendors

Preparation of payment memos & other relevant documents required for closure

Complete buyoff & handiing over of the activities as per standard terms & conditions

Ensuring proper documentation & record keeping

Knowledge & work experience is manufacturing processes like Body shops, Assembly Shops, Paint Shops etc

Sound knowledge about infra like plant roads, parking areas, drains, sewerlines, plumbing & toilet blocks etc

Handled critical requirements of manufacturing plants like roof water proofing, process superstructures, utility support structure etc

Excellent co-oridination skills & handling end to end activities

Should understand interfaces for processes, services, equipments

Preparation of basic engineering drawings, sketches

Preparation fo estimations & BOQ, drafting item specifications

Bill certifications & measurement checking

Worked on MM module of SAP (Creation of PR, POs)
