Job Title: Associate Counsellor / Counsellor: Technical-Marketing (GreenCo)

:

Promotion / Business Development of Green Company rating, covering both Project Marketing & implementation. This includes market analysis, meeting & coordinating with key stakeholders like Central Ministries, State Departments, Developmental agencies, all manufacturing Industries, Utilities, Sectoral Associations, etc.

Desired Experience:

5 to 10 years of work experience in techno-commercial and business promotion activities in the manufacturing/service industry. Experience in Product and Service Marketing and Project implementation.

Key Skills Required (or) Technical Skills

• BE / B Tech (Essential) ME / M Tech (Preferred) in Mech / Chem / Environmental Engg. (Minimum 70% score at all levels essential)
• MBA / PGDM (Marketing)
• Demonstrated capability in leading a team & working as a useful team resource
• Knowledge of latest energy and environmental trends & technologies
• Ability to analyze & identify improvement opportunities during assessment
• Capability to work on national/international projects on sustainability at the industrial & policy level
• Hands-on experience in handling social media platforms for promotional activities will be an added advantage

Communications Skills:

The position requires excellent written and oral abilities to:

• Write technical and non-technical reports
• Maintain relationships with clients
• Good presentation skills
• Write technical proposals

Other Skills:

• Willingness to travel & work in different work environments
• Self-motivated and able to work in teams
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access
• Provide high-level client service and direction
• Interest to succeed in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment

Job Location: Hyderabad. This profile involves travel of about 8-10 days/month
