Job Description
JD FOR MECHANICAL ENGINEER
1. Hands-on experience in pharmaceutical process equipments like Reactor, Fermenter, centrifuge, vacuum pump, transfer pumps, Autoclave, Lyophilizer, Spray dryer & filtration skids.
2. Hands on experience in installation of bearings, single, double mechanical seal used for pumps, reactors and Fermenters and seal cooling systems.
3. Knowledge in different types of agitators used in a pharmaceutical industry.
4. Performing planned and predictive maintenance of pharmaceutical equipments.
5. Planning and maintaining the spare parts.
6. Plant maintenance and Equipment modification as per the user/process requirement.
7. Knowledge on Equipment P & ID and GA.
8. Operation and maintenance of Air Handling Unit through BMS and HVAC validation.
9. Preparation of Equipment PM , Validation planner & Handling of change control, deviation and CAPA related to engineering department.
10. Knowledge on Pharmaceutical cGMP
11. Should be adhere to mechanical safety systems
12. Should be flexible to work in shifts
Education and Experience: B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engg and having 3 to 5 years of pharmaceutical industry experience
