Country/Cluster Finance Controller - Europe Distributor Markets

Specific Job Responsibilities:
? Responsible for all aspects of finance of Europe Distributor Markets
? Responsible for the annual planning and budgeting processes across the P&L, balance sheet, capex, cashflow
and headcount. This will include establishing assumptions, spreadsheet modelling, analysis and presentation
to key stakeholders in the local business, Regional Finance and Headquarters
? Lead the quarterly rolling forecast process across the P&L, balance sheet, capex, cashflow and headcount
? Manage and oversee weekly /monthly reporting cycles, producing timely, accurate and insightful reporting
? Responsible for all financial accounting, treasury and working capital management ensuring timely financial
closing, accurate closing and account reconciliations
? Provide monthly reconciliation of statutory accounts and management accounts
? Ensure the adherence to Group accounting policies and accounting manual
? Act as the interface between the European business & the Corporate headquarters in all matters related to
Treasury, In-house Banking & Capex functions.
? Work together with in market Finance team to ensure seamless interaction between backward- and forward-
looking financial information.
? Working closely with regional Europe finance team and Intas global finance team as required.
? Preparing various receivable reports and tracking daily collections
? Preparing Cashflow statements on weekly/monthly basis
Relevant Professional / Educational Background, Skills & Experience:
? Inter CA/MBA Finance/ICWA qualified with a strong academic profile
? Minimum 3 years' post qualification experience in a Multinational manufacturing company (preferably
pharmaceutical or FMCG industry)
? Experience in accounting and management reporting software (SAP, Hyperion, Cognos etc.).
? Strong communication, leadership and interpersonal skills
? Strong cultural awareness ensuring an ability to work with global colleagues
? Capable of working on own initiative
? Team player demonstrating maximum flexibility as required to complete key tasks
? Strong administration, attention detail, technically advanced in IT and data management.
? Passionate dynamic manager with a strong presence with the ability to inspire staff, deliver to deadlines and
manage expectations with confidence.
? Able to handle multiple priorities and critical decision making within tight time constraints
? Flexible and thrive in fast paced, changing environment.
? Commercial outlook and ability to understand business priorities and challenges.
