Title:Deputy Manager / Manager Finance

Location- Taloja

Reports To:Finance Controller.

Direct Reportees: 3

Work Experience:- Related work experience, preferably within the manufacturing sector. Chemical Industry background preferred, Extensive SAP knowledge must.

Education:CA with 8-12 years of experience

Major Duties & Responsibilities:

• Handling all audits and preparation of various statements for audit. This covers but not limited to Statutory, Cost, Transfer Pricing, Tax and ICOFR
• Monthly closing of books for Group reporting
• Ensure proper maintenance of all financial ledgers and ledger scrutiny
• Receivables and Payables management
• Review and monitoring of product costing
• Support in resolving issues related to GST / TDS
• Making improvements in SAP processes for building in controls
• Capex control
• Forex hedging
• Support Budgeting, forecasting and Internal Control activities
• Preparation of monthly MIS reports

Must Have:

• Strong functional knowledge on Finance, Accounting, Costing and Commercial / Corporate Laws. Also working knowledge of International Accounting Standards and UK GAAP would be desirable.
• Strong IT skills - hands on working experience on SAP is strongly preferred.
• A creative thinker, good analytical skills with a strong sense of commitment and ownership of responsibilities.
• Ability to take initiative and work independently
• Ability to drive and maintain established internal controls across the establishment.
• Smart in identifying Control Gaps and devise action plan to bridge the gaps identified
• Good verbal and written Communication Skills in English
