Visit kitchens/pods based on preventive maintenance schedules given by the manager and execute the same.
Ensure all the documented processes are followed for servicing any equipment.
Ensure all breakdown calls from allotted kitchens are attended within stipulated time and the problems attended to.
Ensure kitchen visit checklist is updated after each visit to the kitchen for preventive maintenance schedules.
Update kitchen wise break down history of all utilities and cost spent.
Ensure approved spares are only used and the problem carefully checked before spending any money.
Regularly update the maintenance manager with regards to equipment and utilities performance and highlight concerns if any.
Periodically upgrade own skills on maintenance process and techniques.
Brief the kitchen team on handling of equipment from time to time to ensure longevity of equipment.

Required experience and skills

Education Qualification: ITI/ Diploma in Electrical engineering
Experience: Minimum -3-6 years of experience in the maintenance in QSR/Retail industry .
Experience in Maintenance
Latest trends in Maintenance e.g. sensor-based power management
