i?~ Knowledge of SAP and other ERP systems

Educational Qualification University graduate in any discipline Experience Minimum 3 years' experience in preferably with any MNC Knowledge base- a~ Knowledge of SAP and other ERP systems a~ Ability to handle verbal and written English communication a~ Familiar with email communication a~ Flavour to work in a MNC environment a~ Knowledge of Excel, Power Point and Word a~ Preparing management data and its analysis a~ Planning and managing warehouse inventory and replenishment order

s a~ Knowledge and hands on experience on import and export clearance procedures

a~ Warehouse management - coordination with 3PL, maintaining stock records, monthly stock audit, scrap disposal, IT administrative control

a~ Local dispatches - order entry to invoice in ERP, provide proforma invoice for LC/advance and follow up for same, confirm LC/advance receipt with finance, document handling related to local dispatches, customer communication related to dispatches, daily dispatch planning, complaint handling if any, communicate to Sales about daily dispatch details and inventory report

a~ Replenishment - check forecast v/s stock periodically, place replenishment orders in SAP, arrange shipment booking from Europe to India, prepare shipping documents for import shipment, prepare Purchase order in ERP, Stock In process in ERP

a~ Custom clearance - forward import documents to CHA, complete coordination with CHA for clearance process, arrange duty payment, prepare bonds/declaration letters as per need, prepare E-way bill for transportation from port to warehouse, insurance claim handling
