Job Description

Landing Zone:

Support for Azure Landing Zone issues, including incident and service request handling

Monitor Azure Management Groups, Policies, RBAC, Blueprints, and cost controls

Perform compliance checks, remediate policy drifts, ensure tagging and naming standards

Assist in onboarding new subscriptions and workloads using approved templates

Implement and monitor Azure Policies, Initiatives, and Security Baselines

Support automation using PowerShell, Azure CLI, Bicep/ARM templates

Working knowledge of AWS Control Tower, Organizations, Account Factory

AWS CLI, CloudFormation, Terraform, AWS Config, CloudWatch, IAM

Experience managing IAM roles, policies, federated identities

Basic experience with Git, CodePipeline, Jenkins, or other CI/CD tools

Familiarity with AWS Cost Explorer, Budgets, and tagging enforcement

Understanding of incident, change, and problem management practices

Azure ARC:

Support for Azure Arc-enabled servers, Kubernetes clusters, SQL Servers, and custom locations

Support onboarding of on-prem or multi-cloud resources into Azure Arc (agent installation, registration)

Monitor Arc-enabled resource health via Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and troubleshoot connectivity issues

Apply and validate Azure Policy, Defender for Cloud recommendations, and compliance baselines to Arc resources

Use PowerShell, Azure CLI, or automation tools to deploy Arc agents and manage configurations

Patch Arc-enabled servers via Update Management or integration with third-party tools

Maintain desired state configurations via Azure Automation or guest configuration policies
