Job Title: Securities Services Product Development - Fusion Integrations & Workflow Analyst Short Description: Join the team that is transforming the Securities Services Industry through the innovative use of Technology. Posting Description: As a member of the Securities Services organization, you\'ll be exposed to a wide gamut of financial products, including Equities and Fixed Income securities, Complex Assets, Credit, and Private Equity. Securities Services focuses on providing first-in-class solutions targeting key areas of the transaction lifecycle including Custody, Fund Accounting, Data Solutions, Outsourced Services, and Securities Lending. Our buy-side clients include some of the largest asset managers and asset owners in the world, including pension funds and sovereign wealth funds, who rely on our solutions day-in and day-out to power their business and mission-critical operations. As an Analyst within the Fusion Integrations and Workflow Product Development team, you will dive head-first into helping to craft innovative products, working closely with internal Technology and Operations teams to shape the solution, and with Sales and Client Service teams on the best strategy to bring the product to market. You\'ll also have the opportunity to partner with clients, order management system providers, Fintech\'s, Network partners and other industry utilities, forging key relationships that will help us bring industry participants together. Job Responsibilities: Manageend-to-end product development lifecycle, from business case, prioritization, solution design, through to delivery, with full ownership of project outcomes. Champion awareness and adoption of our Fusion Integration and Workflow offering by partnering internally with Marketing, Sales, Client Service, and Product teams as well as directly with our clients to increase adoption and utilization. Strategic engagement with third-party vendors to identify partnership and integration opportunities, constantly evaluating which solutions can provide the best fit for our client\'s needs. Cultivate strong partnerships across the industry, including Fintech\'s and industry utilities. Develop innovative solutions for our clients, working closely with our Technology and Operations teams to deliver our product roadmap. Translate client and stakeholder needs into business requirements and use cases. Productionize our proof-of-concept solutions and leverage our Implementations team to rapidly scale to our client base. Obtain feedback and monitor KPIs of the product to identify gaps and opportunities to gear up adoption, utilization and improvements. Monitor Industry trends and data to provide detailed insights into the market landscape in the industry. Required Qualifications, capabilities, and skills: 1-4 years of Banking, Financial Services, or Product Development/Product Management experience. Securities Services experience and background will be preferred. Proven track record of planning and executing complex programs and managing multiple competing as well as complimentary streams of work. Ability to own project outcomes by exhibiting leadership and influence across multiple business and functional groups. Experience interacting and building relationships with external vendors is also key. Ability to apply creative and critical thinking to solve complex challenges, define business trade-off\'s as well as value while generating out-of-the-box solutions for the business. Experience building digital products from scratch as well as enhancing existing products. Passion for digital tools, big data, artificial intelligence/machine learning, fintech, and staying abreast of market trends. Strong executive presence, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences with the right level of detail, adapting your language to the given audience as well as influence and inspire cross-functional stakeholders Commercial mindset, data driven mindset with experience in defining the value proposition of investment proposals while solving complex problems and evolving product roadmaps. Provide vision, leadership, and inspiration to gearadoption of disruptive new products. Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills: Experience in Securities Services or buy-side experience at an asset manager/investment manager or asset owner. Client-facing experience is an asset but not a requirement. Experience with Order Management Systems, such as Bloomberg AIM, SimCorp Dimension, BlackRock Aladdin, SS&C Eze, or Charles River. Experience with the trade settlement lifecycle and fund accounting is a plus. Understanding of integration channels, including APIs, MQ, SWIFT, and SFTP, messaging protocols such as FIX, XML, FpML, JSON and data management solutions such as Snowflake, Finbourne, Matrix, Eagle, GoldenSource.
