Payments Client Service, Implementation and Operations (PCSIO) is part of the Digital & Platform Services organization in the Corporate & Investment Bank. It provides the following capabilities: * Operational support to the JPMC Payments businesses including Treasury Services, Commercial Card, Trade Finance and Merchant Services

  • Payment hub services for all firmwide divisions.
  • Cross-product cash management, reconciliation and change management services.
PCSIO consists of over 10,000 employees across 60 sites and supports 142k corporations, financial institutions, governments and municipalities domiciled in over 180 countries.

Role Description:

Regulatory reporting requirements are complex, increasing in nature, and our reporting infrastructure requires upgrade to meet these requirements. We want to strengthen our management of those regulatory reporting needs and drive significant improvement around completeness, control and ability to adapt to new requirements.

We are seeking an Vice President to report into the Global Head of Regulatory Operations Transformation & Innovation [ED] and provide support to define and deliver a multi-year strategic transformation roadmap. The role and responsibilities include: * Managing data quality
  • Maintain and improve processes that result in data sourcing, creation and removal
  • Up-skilling in tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, SQL, Excel, Confluence wiki content design and maintenance
  • Ongoing development of digital capabilities in software products, techniques and coding related to data analysis
  • Strategic data sourcing
  • Adhering to Data standards, including design and implementation of data controls
  • Report automation
  • Business Intelligence reporting to both management and data consumers
Measures of success: * Sustainable RegOps service, able to meet the needs of future demand in an efficient and effective manner
  • Proactive RegOps service that is positioned to help drive regulatory agenda in the market place
