The Centralized Research Group (CRG) is part of CIB R&A covering Banking globally. It works closely with the firm\'s Investment Banking (IB), Commercial Banking (CB) and Global Corporate Banking (GCB) teams offering customized financial solutions across Mergers & Acquisitions, Equity / Debt capital raising, Credit, Treasury, Cash Management, Trade, and Markets, among others.
This role is focused on handling Administrative Assistant (Admin) as well as Business Management (BM) responsibilities for Centralized Research Group (CRG). In this role, you will be working closely with the various stakeholders within and outside CRG on host of initiatives.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Strong ability to manage and handle complex and detailed calendars, dealing with multiples and or urgent meeting conflicts, setting up of meetings and conference calls, internally and externally. Handle all associated logistical aspects
  • Coordinate travel arrangements (air, hotel accommodations and ground transportation); prepare detailed itineraries, required travel visas/documents, and assure accuracy and timely delivery of plans/tickets to travelers
  • Process invoices and T&E expense claims for team members timely. Ensure all policies are followed and items are processed within provided guidelines. Act as a subject matter expert for policies and procedures
  • Help on various MIS, dashboards, presentations, onboarding and offboarding processes, internal initiatives and creative solutions for ad-hoc requests
  • Assist with overflow, special projects, assistant back-up coverage and day-to-day tasks
General requirements
  • Excellent academic record
  • Minimum of 3 years\' experience in an Administrative Assistant and / or Business Management role
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proactive, highly organized with strong attention to details
  • Ability to multitask several projects and deliver quality work under pressure
  • Good knowledge of general office procedures such as scheduling, expenses, calendar management and interview coordination
  • Strong working experience with Microsoft Word, Excel (macros, pivot tables, look-ups and filtering) and PowerPoint
  • Ability to retrieve information from different sources and work on large amount of data
  • Strong teamwork and problem solving skills, and ability to operate in a lean team structure
  • Open to taking on increased and/or new responsibilities at any time
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, ever changing environment and to effectively handle multiple priorities with a calm, professional and willing attitude
  • Basic knowledge of SharePoint, Tableau, VBA and Python is a plus
