Provide overall supervision to the staff during his/ her shift operating window
Ensure that all work items are completed as per the agreed SLA
Monitor the exceptions and ensure that they are resolved in a timely manner
Identify opportunities for improving the efficiency of the process.
Identify the training requirements of the team members and work with the VP on providing the required trainings
Track the changes to the procedures and ensure that the team is fully aware of the changes
Prepare projection at currency level and provide to Treasury.
Co-ordinate with the LOB to arrive at the appropriate Projection requirements of the Nostro Account and update Treasury.
Work with funding and recon team to identify the reason for the break and ensure resolved on time and update Treasury.
Being one point of contact for all escalation for team, line of business and Treasury.
Ensure timely escalation & resolution on unusual position.
Support Global Treasury teams in the process of predicting and funding the banks cash positions across Asia, EMEA & WHEM
Partner with Global projects team to ensure seamless rollouts of any enhancements.
Qualifications
Essential
Strong written and oral comprehension of English language
Working knowledge of Banking Operations
Communicates in a way that meets the needs of multiple audiences (firmwide, regional, LoB, location)
Passion for continual service improvement; creates an environment to identify and solution efficiencies in business processes
College degree and four or more years of Banking Operation Experience
Desirable
Proficient in Microsoft products
