Responsibilities
Managing all trade exceptions and handholding to closure
BAU Execution to be best in class. Publishing of weekly KPI's & KRI's and to identify and track reasons for deviation from agreed levels. Ensure follow up for all ageing items
Work with associates to ensure regular communication is maintained with partner locations
Play a key role in Audit reviews and checks
Assist in preparing and implementing Business Continuity Plans
Processes research/investigations on appropriate systems to operations
Explain product features and benefits
Requirements
Overall work experience of atleast 6 years with a minimum of 2 year experience in Securities, Custody or Fund accounting is preferred
