Chocolate Production Chef
to join our team.
Job Responsibilities
Prepare a wide range of chocolate-based products including molded chocolates, truffles, bars, pralines, and fillings.
Handle chocolate tempering, molding, enrobing, and garnishing with precision.
Develop new chocolate recipes and contribute creative ideas to enhance the product range.
Ensure consistent taste, texture, and appearance across all batches.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the production area.
Manage raw materials, inventory planning, and daily production schedules.
Work closely with the pastry and kitchen team to coordinate bulk orders and product requirements.
Requirements
Food related degree or course completion required.
Prior experience as a Chocolate Chef / Chocolatier / Confectionery Chef (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
Strong knowledge of chocolate tempering methods, flavor pairing, and confectionery techniques.
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Creativity, attention to detail, and passion for chocolate-making.
Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
