We are seeking a creative and passionate Chocolate and Oats Chef to join our team and lead the innovation of healthy, indulgent products made with oats and chocolate. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dessert creation, knowledge of healthy ingredients, and experience in product development for retail or FMCG. Key Responsibilities: Develop and innovate recipes using chocolate and oats (bars, bites, cookies, granola, breakfast options, etc.) Experiment with healthy ingredients and adapt recipes to meet nutritional standards (e.g. high protein, low sugar) Maintain high standards of taste, texture, and presentation Collaborate with the R&D, marketing, and production teams for product launches Source and evaluate ingredients for quality and cost-effectiveness Follow food safety and hygiene regulations strictly Stay updated with trends in health foods, superfoods, and functional snacks Qualifications: Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a pastry chef, dessert chef, or in an R&D food lab Expertise in working with chocolate (tempering, molding, flavor pairing) and oat-based recipes Strong understanding of nutrition and health-focused cooking Excellent creativity and problem-solving skills Passion for clean-label, natural, and wellness-focused food
