We are looking for an experienced

Laptop Chip-Level Repair Technician

who can

lead a technical team

and handle

advanced troubleshooting and repair

of motherboards and electronic components.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in BGA rework, circuit tracing, IC replacement, and quality control in a repair or refurbishing setup.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform chip-level diagnostics and repairs on laptops and motherboards. Guide and manage a team of junior technicians. Monitor workflow, ensure repair quality, and reduce rework. Maintain service documentation and repair logs. Coordinate with quality and operations teams for smooth process flow. Provide technical training to new team members.
