Chinese Language Executive (admin & Customer Service)

Job Description

We are looking for a Chinese-speaking executive to support our daily admin and customer service operations. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with basic Chinese reading & speaking, while also handling routine office tasks and customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle basic customer service calls and respond to inquiries in English/Chinese. Read and understand Chinese documents, messages, or instructions. Manage appointment scheduling and calendar updates in our OMS (Order Management System). Assist in coordination for installation and measurement schedules. Provide general administrative support to the team.

Requirements:



Ability to read and speak Chinese (Mandarin) at a functional level. Good communication skills in English; Tamil/Hindi is a plus. Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, Scheduling tools). Previous experience in admin or customer service is preferred, but not mandatory. Freshers with strong Chinese language skills are welcome.

Full-time, based in Coimbatore office (Work-from-office preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
