Job Description

Prepare ingredients:

Wash, chop, and slice vegetables; cut and prepare meats; and prepare other components as needed.

Cook a variety of dishes:

Prepare dishes like dim sum, noodles, soups, and stir-fries using methods such as boiling, steaming, grilling, and deep-frying.

Follow recipes:

Cook food according to established recipes and instructions from senior chefs.

Ensure quality:

Continuously monitor food while cooking, tasting for doneness and adjusting seasoning as needed.
Kitchen management and operations

Maintain hygiene and safety:

Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines, keep the work area clean and organized, and ensure equipment is properly maintained.

Manage inventory:

Monitor stock levels, inform supervisors of shortages, and properly store unused food.

Set up workstations:

Ensure workstations are properly equipped with all necessary ingredients and tools before starting.

Supervise staff:

Assist in supervising and delegating tasks to kitchen assistants or other junior staff.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹21,000.00 per month
