Prepare and cook a wide variety of Chinese dishes (starters, main courses, sauces, gravies, noodles, fried rice, etc.).
Work in a
food production environment
to standardize recipes and maintain consistency.
Assist in
recipe development and testing
for packaged/ready-to-eat products.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards (FSSAI compliance).
Ensure portion control, quality, and taste in every batch prepared.
Collaborate with the production team for scaling recipes for mass production.
Monitor inventory of ingredients and assist in procurement planning.
Train and guide junior kitchen/production staff.
