Responsibilities

Food Preparation:

Prepare and cook a range of authentic Chinese dishes, including stir-fries, noodles, soups, and steamed items.

Ingredient Management:

Select, prepare, and manage fresh ingredients, ensuring quality and freshness.

Kitchen Operations:

Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area in compliance with all food safety regulations.

Quality Control:

Ensure that all dishes meet the restaurant's standards for taste, presentation, and portion control.

Teamwork:

Coordinate with other kitchen staff and senior chefs to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely service.

Inventory:

Monitor and manage kitchen inventory and stock levels to prevent shortages and ensure availability of ingredients.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
