Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate
Chinese Cook
to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in preparing authentic Chinese dishes, maintaining high-quality standards, and delivering exceptional taste and presentation in line with our brand values.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of Chinese dishes, including dim sum, stir-fried items, soups, and specialty entrees.
Ensure consistency and quality of taste, portioning, and presentation.
Maintain proper hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards in the kitchen as per hotel policies.
Assist in menu planning, recipe development, and special promotions.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure adequate supplies.
Work collaboratively with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
Adhere to food cost and waste reduction guidelines.
Maintain cleanliness of workstations and follow all HACCP/FSSAI guidelines.
Requirements
Minimum
1-2 years of experience
as a Chinese Cook in a hotel, restaurant, or similar culinary environment.
Strong knowledge of Chinese cooking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Culinary diploma or equivalent certification (preferred but not mandatory).

Pay: ?180,000.00 - ?204,000.00 per year
