Key Responsibilities:
Prepare a wide variety of Chinese dishes with consistency and high quality.
Plan and manage inventory of Chinese ingredients and supplies.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
Monitor food portions and waste to reduce costs.
Train and assist junior kitchen staff where necessary.
Innovate and update the menu with seasonal and customer-favorite items.
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations (FSSAI standards).
Requirements:
Proven experience (2+ years) as a Chinese Chef or Cook.
Deep knowledge of Chinese cooking techniques and ingredients.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
Team player with good communication and organizational skills.
