We are looking for a talented and dedicated Chinese Commis I to join our hotel's kitchen team. The role includes preparing Chinese dishes, maintaining food quality, and supporting daily kitchen operations. Candidates from the hospitality or hotel field are preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook Chinese dishes such as noodles, fried rice, dim sum, gravies, and stir-fry items.
Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portion standards.
Handle daily mise-en-place, chopping, sauces, and station setup.
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety throughout the kitchen.
Properly store, label, and manage ingredients.
Follow instructions from CDP, Sous Chef, and Executive Chef.
Support buffet setups, banquets, and a la carte services.
Maintain kitchen equipment and report issues promptly
Skills & Requirements
Knowledge of Chinese cuisine, sauces, and wok cooking.
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
Attention to detail in preparation and presentation.
Hospitality / hotel field candidates preferred.
Salary
?22-23,000 CTC per month
