Prepare and cook Chinese dishes including fried rice, noodles, gravies, starters, soups, and dim sum.
Ensure proper seasoning, taste, and food presentation as per restaurant standards.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen as per FSSAI standards.
Assist in planning daily mise-en-place and inventory control.
Maintain FIFO & FEFO methods while handling ingredients.
Collaborate with the Head Chef for new menu items and improvements.
Ensure minimal wastage and proper portion control.
Follow safety regulations and kitchen discipline.
