Food preparation:

Assist in the preparation of chinese dishes according to standard recipes and instructions from senior chefs.

Prepare daily ingredients and set up cooking stations for various kitchen sections.

Hygiene and safety:

Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards, such as HACCP.

Quality control:

Ensure consistent quality and presentation of food, and follow instructions to maintain high standards.

Collaboration:

Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
