Job Summary

As a Commis 1, you will assist in the preparation and service of high-quality dishes within our kitchen. You will work under the supervision of experienced chefs to develop your culinary skills and contribute to the smooth running of the kitchen.

Duties

Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, peeling, and chopping Assist in cooking and plating dishes according to set recipes Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen area Follow food safety standards and regulations Support senior kitchen staff in various tasks as required

Requirements

Previous experience in a kitchen environment is desirable Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques Ability to work well in a team Willingness to learn and take direction from senior chefs Food hygiene certification is a plus

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
