Job Description

A Chinese Chef is responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting authentic Chinese cuisine. Duties include:

Designing and executing traditional and modern Chinese dishes. Managing kitchen operations, food preparation, and portion control. Ensuring high standards of hygiene, safety, and food quality. Training and supervising kitchen staff. Monitoring inventory and ordering ingredients, especially specialty Chinese items. Adapting menus to customer preferences and seasonal availability.

Skills & Requirements:



Strong knowledge of Chinese cooking techniques (stir-fry, steaming, roasting, braising, etc.). Expertise in regional cuisines (e.g., Cantonese, Sichuan, Hunan). Creativity in menu development. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
