Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook Chinese and Indo-Chinese dishes as per restaurant standards
Plan and develop menus in coordination with the Head Chef/Management
Ensure food quality, taste, portion control, and presentation
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen as per FSSAI standards
Monitor food stock, control wastage, and assist in inventory management
Train and guide junior kitchen staff when required
Ensure timely preparation and service during peak hours
Follow safety and hygiene procedures at all times
Requirements & Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Chinese Chef in a hotel or restaurant
Good knowledge of Chinese and Indo-Chinese cuisine
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
Team player with good communication skills
Willingness to work flexible shifts
Experience:
Minimum
2-5 years
of relevant experience preferred
