Chinese Cook
who can deliver delicious and consistent Chinese cuisine to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of Chinese dishes including noodles, fried rice, gravies, starters, and soups.
Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet restaurant standards.
Maintain proper hygiene, safety, and cleanliness in the kitchen.
Monitor inventory of ingredients and report requirements to the management.
Train and guide kitchen assistants in food preparation tasks.
Maintain consistency in flavors and portion sizes.
Work with the team to plan and introduce new Chinese dishes as per customer preferences.
Requirements
Proven experience as a
Chinese Cook
in restaurants/hotels.
Expertise in Chinese cooking techniques such as stir-frying, steaming, and deep-frying.
Knowledge of sauces, spices, and authentic Chinese ingredients.
Ability to work under pressure and during peak hours.
Strong sense of cleanliness, discipline, and teamwork.
Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience preferred.
