A Chinese chef is responsible for preparing and cooking a wide range of Chinese dishes, ensuring high culinary standards, and managing kitchen operations. Key duties include creating authentic and visually appealing meals, developing new recipes, supervising kitchen staff, maintaining food safety and sanitation, and managing inventory

Food preparation

: Prepare and cook a variety of Chinese dishes to high standards, ensuring authentic taste and presentation.

Menu development

: Develop and test new recipes to enhance the menu.

Kitchen supervision

: Supervise kitchen staff, delegate tasks, and guide the development of the team.

Quality control

: Maintain high culinary standards and ensure consistent quality across all dishes.

Food safety

: Strictly adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations.

Inventory management

: Manage inventory, stock rotation, and ordering.

Operations

: Oversee all food preparation areas and support areas like dishwashing and purchasing.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
