Job Summary:



We are looking for a skilled and passionate

Chinese Chef

to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will specialize in authentic Chinese cuisine and be capable of preparing a wide variety of dishes including stir-fry, noodles, dim sum, fried rice, and regional specialties with high standards of taste, quality, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:



Prepare and cook authentic Chinese dishes using traditional techniques and ingredients Develop and maintain high food quality and consistency in all dishes Handle food preparation, seasoning, cooking, and plating of dishes Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen area and equipment Assist in creating new menu items and seasonal specials Monitor food inventory and place orders as needed Train and guide junior kitchen staff when required Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards

Requirements:



Proven experience as a Chinese Chef or Cook (minimum 2-3 years) Expertise in various Chinese cooking styles (Szechuan, Cantonese, Hakka, etc.) Knowledge of traditional Chinese sauces, spices, and cooking equipment (e.g., wok handling) Strong sense of taste, attention to detail, and plating skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Culinary degree or diploma is a plus Food safety certification preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,185.87 - ₹42,527.12 per month

Work Location: In person
