The Chinese Chef will be responsible for preparing authentic Chinese dishes ranging from starters to mains. The chef must ensure high standards of presentation, taste, and hygiene while managing kitchen operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Cook Chinese dishes including noodles, rice, gravies, and appetizers.
Manage prep work, sauces, and marination for daily service.
Maintain freshness and quality of all food ingredients.
Ensure kitchen cleanliness and follow food safety norms.
Coordinate with the service team for smooth food delivery.
Profile Requirements:
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Chinese cuisine.
Diploma or vocational training in culinary arts preferred.
Familiarity with wok cooking, steaming, stir-frying, and plating.
Must be fast, hygienic, and creative with flavors and textures.
Team player with the ability to handle rush hours calmly.
