Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of Chinese dishes (Indo-Chinese & authentic Chinese).
Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and portion size.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene as per food safety standards.
Manage kitchen inventory related to Chinese section.
Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth operations.
Ensure timely preparation and service of food.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Chinese Chef.
Knowledge of Chinese sauces, spices, and cooking techniques.
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Good time management and teamwork skills.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
Experience:
Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Chinese Chef (preferred).
