Prepare and cook a variety of authentic Chinese dishes, including appetizers, soups, stir-fries, dumplings, noodles, rice, and specialty items.
Ensure all food preparation and presentation meet the restaurant's quality standards.
Develop and update menus in coordination with the Head Chef, focusing on creativity, seasonality, and customer preferences.
