Food Preparation & Cooking:

Prepare and cook Chinese dishes (e.g., stir-fries, noodles, dim sum, fried rice, soups) according to restaurant menu specifications.

Quality & Presentation:

Ensure proper seasoning, balance of flavors, and presentation of each dish.

Recipe Adherence:

Follow recipes and portion controls to maintain consistency.

Hygiene & Safety:

Maintain kitchen hygiene and adhere to food safety regulations.

Menu Planning & Development:

Develop and refine recipes to enhance flavors and potentially plan menus.

Supervision (if applicable):

Supervise kitchen staff, manage inventory, and ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards.

Ingredient Knowledge:

Possess in-depth knowledge of Chinese cooking techniques, ingredients, and regional flavors.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
