The Chinese Chef de Partie at F TV Lounge & Club, Hotel Chenthur Park, Coimbatore, is responsible for preparing authentic Chinese cuisine with high culinary standards. This role involves supervising a team of junior chefs, maintaining food quality, hygiene, and consistency in taste and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare a wide variety of Chinese dishes including Sichuan, Cantonese, and fusion styles.
Supervise commis chefs and ensure smooth operations in the Chinese section.
Maintain food consistency and presentation for all dishes.
Monitor inventory levels of Chinese ingredients and order supplies as needed.
Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards strictly.
Innovate new menu items in collaboration with the Executive Chef.
Ensure timely delivery of dishes during peak hours.
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Chinese kitchens.
Strong knowledge of traditional and modern Chinese cooking techniques.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good leadership and team coordination skills.
