Commis II chefs
to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in
South Indian, Continental, and Chinese cuisines
, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook dishes as per standard recipes and quality standards.
Maintain hygiene, safety, and cleanliness in the kitchen.
Assist senior chefs in daily operations.
Manage inventory and food storage efficiently.
Qualification & Experience:
Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management.
Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but freshers with strong culinary skills may apply.
