Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



System Design & Engineering

Design and configure

Building Management System (BMS)

/

Chiller Plant Manager (CPM)

solutions. Prepare control logic, sequence of operations, and I/O mapping. Review and validate field wiring diagrams, controller sizing, and communication protocols. Provide CPM /BMS costing to sales team as per I/O summary.

Programming & Commissioning

Develop, upload, and test controller programs for chillers, AHUs, pumps, cooling towers, and associated equipment. Commission BMS/CPM systems, ensuring proper integration with HVAC equipment. Validate setpoints, safety cutoffs, and alarm sequences at site.

Integration & Networking

Ensure smooth integration with

BACnet, Modbus, or LonWorks protocols

. Coordinate with OEMs for system-level integration with third-party equipment. Support BMS-to-BMS and BMS-to-BMS cloud integration (IoT/remote monitoring).

Troubleshooting & Support

Provide onsite/offsite troubleshooting of BMS/CPM systems. Support service team in resolving programming and communication issues. Analyze system data for performance optimization and energy savings.

Documentation & Handover

Prepare and maintain all technical documents: logic diagrams, I/O lists, as-built drawings, alarm lists, and O&M manuals. Handover validated program backups and configuration files to service teams. Train customers and internal engineers on system operation and troubleshooting.

Qualifications & Experience:



Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in

Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation / Mechanical Engineering

.

2-6 years

of experience in BMS / HVAC Controls / CPM systems. Hands-on experience in

controller programming

Knowledge of HVAC equipment operation (chillers, pumps, towers, AHUs, valves). Familiarity with

energy optimization and plant performance monitoring

is preferred.

Key Skills:



Strong knowledge of

HVAC controls, instrumentation, and logic sequencing

. Hands-on skills in

network protocols (BACnet, Modbus, TCP/IP)

. Ability to troubleshoot field devices (sensors, actuators, valves, flow meters). Analytical mindset to interpret system trends and alarms. Good communication skills for cross-team and customer interaction.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
