Operate and monitor chiller systems to ensure they function efficiently and safely.
Perform routine inspections and maintenance of chillers, cooling towers, pumps, and related equipment.
Record operating parameters such as temperature, pressure, and energy consumption, and take corrective action when necessary.
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical or operational issues to minimize downtime.
Conduct preventive maintenance as per the schedule to ensure long-term reliability of equipment.
Maintain proper documentation of operations, maintenance logs, and incident reports.
Comply with safety and environmental regulations while handling refrigerants and chemicals.
Coordinate with the maintenance team for major repairs or system upgrades.
