Education:

ITI - AOCP (Attendant Operator Chemical Plant)
Experience:

Minimum 02 to 05 years experience in Chemical / Pharmaceutical Plant
Job Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor chemical and pharmaceutical plant equipment such as reactors, centrifuges, distillation columns, dryers, filters, pumps, compressors, and utility systems as per SOPs. Handle batch and continuous process operations in line with production plans and quality standards. Safely charge raw materials, solvents, and chemicals as per Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and work instructions. Monitor and control critical process parameters including temperature, pressure, flow rate, pH, and vacuum, and take corrective actions when required. Maintain accurate documentation such as logbooks, batch records, and shift handover reports. Strictly follow GMP, EHS, and safety procedures while working in hazardous and controlled environments. Identify process deviations and equipment abnormalities and report to supervisors for timely corrective action. Perform routine cleaning, line clearance, and basic preventive maintenance activities. Ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of chemicals, solvents, and waste as per regulatory norms. Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and safety departments during breakdowns, audits, and inspections. Assist during plant start-up, shutdown, emergency handling, and troubleshooting activities. Comply with statutory requirements, safety audits, and company policies.
