:Nurturing Environment:o Maintain a clean, organized, safe and child-friendly classroom environmento Awareness and adherence to health and safety regulations and processes at all timesLesson Planning & Curriculum Deliveryo Is aware of the age appropriate needs of the children (knowledge of basic growth anddevelopment milestones)o Organize a balanced flow of the day, incorporating active and quiet time, meal breaks, andrest periods according to the children's age and developmental needso Plan and implement engaging and learning activities as per the lesson planso Ensure flexibility to adapt to plans and strategies based on the needs and interests of thechildrenSupervision & Careo Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities, meal times, and rest periodso Provide personal care to the children as and when required.o Address individual needs of children and encourage positive behaviouro Ability to respond to emergencies and administer basic first aid if necessaryo Ability to communicate with children in a way that is engaging and age-appropriateMonitor Child Developmento Observe and assess children's progress, behaviours, and learning outcomeso Document developmental milestones and address any concerns with parents orguardianso Confidently communicate regularly with parents regarding children's progress, dailyactivities, and any concernsProfessionalismo Participate in ongoing training and professional developmento Attend staff meetings and collaborate with other staff membersPerform other related duties as assigned by the School HeadDesired Skills, Experience and Qualifications:o Education and Qualification: PUC or equivalent along with NTT/ DECE or anyrecognised diploma certification in Early Childhood Educationo Experience: Minimum 1-3 years' of relevant experience

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
