Customer Service Representative (CSR)
to join our team at our
Kid's Play Area
. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a welcoming environment, excellent customer service, and smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist parents and children in a warm and professional manner.
Provide information about play area activities, packages, and safety guidelines.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints efficiently.
Manage check-ins, registrations, and billing at the reception counter.
Supervise play area activities to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for children.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in customer and play zones.
Support event organization (e.g., birthday parties, special events).
Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
Age
- 18 to 28yrs old
Gender:
Female (as per job requirement)
Education:
Minimum High School / Graduate
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, patient, and child-loving personality.
Valid aadhar & residence proof
Food and Accommodation (optional)
Timings
- 11am to 9pm
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
