Key Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in child welfare or the development sector Master's in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or related field Strong knowledge of the Juvenile Justice (JJ) Act, POCSO, and child protection systems

Responsibilities:

Handle casework, restoration, and aftercare planning Liaise with CWCs, schools, hospitals, and legal authorities Facilitate holistic care: education, health, and mental well-being
