About the Role:

Biomend Lifesciences Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a compassionate and experienced Child Psychologist / Child Behavioural Therapist to join our multidisciplinary care team. The role focuses on identifying, assessing, and managing behavioural, emotional, and developmental challenges in children through evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

You will work closely with paediatricians, nutritionists, and other healthcare professionals as part of an integrated child wellness model, ensuring holistic care for every child.

Location:

Kerala (Clinic-based / Hybrid - as applicable)

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct psychological assessments and behavioural evaluations for children Design and implement individualized therapy and intervention plans Address emotional, behavioural, and developmental concerns Work collaboratively with paediatricians, nutritionists, and caregivers Provide counselling and guidance to parents and families Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress reports Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and care planning

Requirements:

Relevant qualification in Child Psychology / Behavioural Therapy / Counselling Prior experience working with children (mandatory) Strong understanding of child development and behavioural therapies Ability to work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary healthcare setting Excellent communication, interpersonal, and empathetic skills
