About Us
Nivera Institute of Integrated Child Development is a multidisciplinary child development centre in Trivandrum, focused on evidence-based assessment and intervention for children with developmental, behavioural, emotional, and learning challenges. We work with a collaborative team of psychologists, therapists, and special educators to deliver structured, outcome-oriented care.
Job Responsibilities
Conduct psychological assessments for children (developmental, behavioral, emotional, and learning concerns)
Plan and implement individualised intervention programs
Provide counselling and behavior therapy for children and adolescents
Work closely with parents through guidance, feedback, and psychoeducation
Collaborate with speech therapists, occupational therapists, special educators, and pediatric professionals
Maintain clinical documentation, progress reports, and assessment records
Participate in case discussions and multidisciplinary team meetings
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in Psychology (Clinical / Counseling / Applied Psychology)
RCI registration preferred (mandatory if role scope requires it)
Knowledge of child development and behavior management
Good communication skills in English and Malayalam
Ethical, patient-focused clinical approach
Preferred Skills
Experience with ASD, ADHD, learning disabilities, or emotional concerns
Familiarity with basic psychological assessment tools
Parent counselling and case management skills
