Job Role: Child Psychologist

Eligibility Criteria

1. Must have completed a Master's in Clinical Psychology.

2. Internship experience in Child Development Centers (CDCs) is required.

3. Should have strong professional qualities such as:

Being highly observant and noticing even small details about a child. Ability to figure out problems and analyze situations carefully. Creative thinking to come up with ideas that suit each child's needs. Flexibility to try different approaches if one way doesn't work. Tracking progress closely and making changes whenever needed. Good planning, organization, and time management to handle multiple cases. Strong patience, self-control, and problem-solving while working with children and families.

Role & Responsibilities

Work with children having mild to severe challenges in areas such as:

?Academic skills

?Physical development

?Communication skills

?Social interactions

?Behavioral management

?Daily living skills

?Design and implement individualized interventions.

?Monitor, record, and evaluate progress.

?Work closely with a multidisciplinary team.

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Saturday & Sunday: Off

Salary

?25000 - ₹42,000 per month

Note

The role will start with a 1 -1.5 week training period followed by a 2 months probation period to give space for learning and adjustment.
Based on performance salaries will be revised post probation period.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
