Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate, energetic, and skilled Child Counselor & Life Skills Educator to support the emotional, social, and personal development of students from Classes 1st to 8th. The role involves conducting engaging sessions on emotions, social skills, and self-awareness while also guiding students in managing mood swings, building resilience, and fostering positive habits.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct interactive sessions on emotional awareness, self-esteem, communication, and social skills for students. Identify emotional or behavioral challenges among students and provide counseling support. Design and deliver age-appropriate modules on managing emotions such as anger, sadness, fear, disappointment, and peer pressure. Incorporate creative learning tools such as storytelling, roleplay, games, art, and activities to engage students effectively. Guide students on family values, respect, gratitude, friendship, and teamwork. Promote holistic development by integrating wellness, gratitude, and positive behavior practices in daily learning.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Education, or related field. 2-4 years of experience as a school counselor, educator, or child psychologist. Strong understanding of child psychology, emotional intelligence, and social-emotional learning (SEL). Excellent communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills. Ability to design and deliver engaging, interactive lessons for children. Familiarity with activity-based learning methods (props, visuals, games, art, etc.). Patience, adaptability, and creativity to handle children across age groups. Proficiency in English and Hindi (written & spoken).

Pay: ₹280,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
