Job Description

To help children in the orphanage feel safe, happy, and understood by listening to them, guiding them, and supporting their emotional needs.

Main Duties:

1. Talk to children one-on-one or in small groups to help them share their feelings and problems.

2. Help children deal with sadness, anger, fear, or past bad experiences.

3. Teach children simple skills to feel better and get along with others

4. Maintain confidential records, case notes, and progress reports for each child.

5. Ensure all counseling practices follow child protection policies and ethical standards.

6. Advocate for children's rights, safety, and best interests at all times

7. Make the report and discuss about it with the respective coordinator

8. Conduct sessions with caregivers and staff to raise awareness about child development, trauma, and positive discipline.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From ?2,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 3 per week
