Role Overview
To oversee the overall management and functioning of the school's hostels, ensuring the safety, discipline, and well-being of all students, while supervising wardens, coordinating hostel operations, and maintaining a positive residential environment.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise Wardens:
Oversee all hostel wardens, ensuring they perform their duties effectively and maintain high standards of student care and discipline.
Student Safety & Monitoring:
Monitor students during recess, meals, transitions, and free time to ensure their safety and well-being.
Emergency Response:
Handle incidents such as injuries, illnesses, or conflicts, ensuring timely and appropriate response, including first aid when necessary.
Enforce Rules & Discipline:
Uphold school policies and regulations, address infractions or misbehavior, and provide guidance on discipline to students when required.
Administrative Oversight:
Ensure timely completion of administrative tasks such as attendance tracking, incident reporting, and documentation related to hostel operations.
Student Support & Mentorship:
Assist students with their personal, emotional, and social needs, providing counseling, guidance, and support for overall development.
Coordination & Communication:
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to maintain smooth hostel operations and a supportive residential environment.

Zero serious incidents in the hostel.
Emergency Response:
Timely and effective response to emergencies (within 5 minutes).
Administrative Accuracy:
99% accuracy in completing hostel administrative tasks such as attendance tracking and reports.
Student Well-being:
95% student satisfaction in conflict resolution and emotional support.
Discipline Management:
Effective counseling and guidance on discipline for students when required.
Skills
Strong leadership and supervision skills, crisis management, student counseling, discipline enforcement, organizational skills, communication, and coordination abilities.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline (Hospitality, Education, or Social Work preferred).
Prior experience in managing hostels or residential schools is highly desirable.
Knowledge of safety, first aid, and child protection protocols.
